Tanya Taylor Designs, LLC dba Delphine (“Delphine” or “We”) recognizes the importance of your privacy, and we are committed to protecting the information we collect from you. The following privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) governs the information we collect from you on the Delphine website, which includes without limitations, the home page and all other pages under the same top-level domain name, and all content thereon (the “Site”) as provided by Delphine. This Privacy Policy does not govern information we collect offline or through other means, if any such information is collected.
We may change the Privacy Policy from time to time and at any time without notice to you by posting such changes on the Site (see CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY). By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, which are also incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use for use of the Site that can be accessed at the following link here to which you must agree to in order to use the Site. We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Site. By accessing or using this Website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
CHILDREN
Our Site is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Site or through any of its features, register on the Site, make any purchases through the Site, provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information from you when you visit the Site, whether through the Site or via alternative means, including but not limited to completion of Delphine documents and forms. In this section, we describe what types of personal data we collect, the ways we collect it, and how we use it. While we have tried to be complete, this list is not necessarily exhaustive, given that these activities can vary from time to time. When we collect information, we will tell you at the point of collection what information is required and what information is optional. We collect personal information both directly from the information you provide us with as well as automatically as you navigate through the Site. This collection of information includes any information that can personally identify you. This information may include details such as your name, age, gender, email address, mailing address, phone number, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

Web Beacons. Pages of our Site may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Delphine, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
IP Addresses. Our Site may also use IP addresses for the same purposes as above, as well as to analyze trends, administer our Site, track users’ movements and online activity and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
We may contract with third-party service providers to assist in better understanding Site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected except to help Delphine conduct and improve our business. You may disallow receiving cookies at any time through your web browser. Although you may still use the Site if you reject demographic information for aggregate use.

CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
- Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt-out by sending us an email with your request to hello@delphinenyc.com
- Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to hello@delphinenyc.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.
- Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by sending us an email with your request to hello@delphinenyc.com.
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. These third parties, however, may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide (now or in the future) their state residents with rights to:

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out rights may submit a request to this designated address: hello@delphinenyc.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
The measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure can be found at https://www.shopify.com/security.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. Delphine is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Site home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
