TIMELINES
Orders placed before 2:00PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00PM EST are shipped the following day. Orders received after 2:00PM EST on Friday are shipped the following Monday. Styles with future shipping dates (as noted on the style's page) will ship by the day specified and do not adhere to these timelines.
We ship via UPS for domestic orders. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Your invoice and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. DELPHINE is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control. DELPHINE is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. DELPHINE is not responsible for shipments that are lost after leaving the DELPHINE warehouse.
FAILED DELIVERIES
We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, DELPHINE is not responsible for return shipping costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise.
PRE ORDER PRODUCT
All pre-order items will be clearly marked as pre-order and an estimated shipping date will display on the product page. All pre-order items will ship out to you once they are available. If you ordered both pre-order and available items we will ship out items in your order that are not on pre-order within five business days. As we receive inventory for items on pre-order, we will ship those out separately. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your pre-order items have shipped. Returns & Exchanges
DELPHINE will accept domestic and international returns of full price merchandise within 14 days after your order has arrived. Items must be in new condition to qualify for return or exchange. We define new as unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria.
DELPHINE is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days from the date received to our warehouse via the original form of payment and payment amount.
Items must be marked as shipped back to us within 14 days of original delivery date. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
